How can I check on my order?
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you. If you have any questions, please email our staff at email@example.com. You can also call girl in the curl at 1-949-496-6279 during regular business hours, 10 am – 6 pm, PST. You can also use this number to order by phone.
What happens if the merchandise I order is out of stock?
If the item you ordered is not currently in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery of the product. It is then up to you to decide whether or not to wait. In the case that you have multiple items ordered, our general policy is to wait and ship the order complete unless we expect delivery of a back-ordered item to exceed 7 days. You may always ask us to ship items as they become available. Partial shipments, multiple shipments, and back-orders will not effect shipping charges. You will only be charged shipping for items that are shipped. When we make multiple shipments to complete an order, your shipping charges will not exceed those listed on your original order.
How can I return merchandise to Girl in the Curl?
We hope you love everything you order at girl in the curl.com. Should you be less than happy with your purchase please return it. All returns require a R A # (return authorization number) Do not return your items to Girl in the Curl without contacting customer service at 1-949-496-6279 during regular business hours, 10 am – 6 pm, PST.
If you do receive a R A #, please return the merchandise with a copy of the packing slip and a note explaining what you would like us to do (i.e. exchange for a different size, credit account etc.) If you wish to return an item, store credit will be issued to you. Once we receive the item, it will take 2 -3 days to process. Your credit card company may require 5 -7 days to post the credit to your account. You are responsible for return shipping charges
You can return or exchange your purchase within 21 days of your purchase as long as it has not been washed and the tags are still attached. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, fragrances,or sale items. To return, you may bring it to our retail store or mail it with your R A # to:

If you need to buy a special quantity of an item that you see on our site, we will do our best to get you just what you need. Your team or event may even qualify for a special discount depending on the quantity and/or product ordered. If we have to try and get additional units from our vendors, these orders can take well over a week to ship, so please contact us early.
